Inspiration

The Civic was getting tired physically and emotionally. It was a fun idea that didn’t age as well hoped. My son wanted a to go in a more sophisticated direction with the paint scheme. More black and white. I wanted to make it complicated, so after a lot of back and forth we came up with this. A white to black tiered design, with approximately eleventy-billion little cross and line details.

This project also illustrates not only the visual changes of a paint job, but the way a bike feels. The eleveated design inspires confidence and a draws you to want to experience it.
